About the Managing Director
CRUK was established by Paul WELLS in 2022.
Paul retired from Essex Police at the rank of Assistant Chief Constable, after serving for 32 years.
During his service, Paul had extensive experience of all aspects of Command at Strategic / Tactical & Operational levels.
Key elements of Paul's experience:
- Public Order / Public Safety
- Firearms (including National Specialist Command)
- CBRN
- Multi-Agency response & planning
Paul is also a facilitator on the College of Policing Multi-Agency Gold Command Course, delivering key multi-agency learning across the UK.
